J jolancer Daemon Poster Messages 1,349 Apr 2, 2006 #2 aaah... the HDD you linked to says its 3.0G Sata interface, same as the Mobo. anyway, i believe both HDD and Motherboard supporting 3.0g Sata is backward compatable with 1.5g sata.
