Safe file sharing?

limewire is the best file sharing client out there.

It has no spyware with it, and it is efficent. The only thing you need is some A/V and some common sense. You can pick up spyware on it by downloading stuff, but that happens when people think they are download Half Life 2 and the file size is 512kb...... So always check file sizes, if they are small, it is nothing but spyware/junk.

I know they can be hidden in ID3 tags, but they can be hidden in the music itself?

it isn't actually a virus. it is just a wasted download as it won't be listenable

Grabit has none of that, They are not technically p2p.
Everything i have ever "grabbed" (which is well over a Tb) has been
pretty damn close to perfect. Some of the DVD rips have poor audio, but you can always find a new one.

you need to make a tutorial for us if you don't mind. I'm debating should I pay the 6 cents when i don't know how to work it

I was using a program called tifny5 and I accidently hit the wrong button....

it is downloading lot of things on my computer. i'm looking at 127 of pictures of high resolution porn. but I don't want that.

what do headers mean? it that a file you can get?

I have never used Tifny5 but if its automatically downloading pron to your machine you might want to uninstall that before it downloads something you can go to jail for... ex: child pron.

As for the grabit issue , are you looking for the place its downloading to ?
It should be under the options maybe in view or edit. ( you have different version than I do)
Check for "downloads" or something to that effect.

I accidently click on it. I click on like 50 files at the same time(I was holding shift). the problem with this program is I can't find any files unless I subscribe to all of the newgroups. but when I do this the program slows up considerably as there is a lot groups
