Run x64 Windows on 32 bit efi?

At the moment I am running Windows 10 on an x64 compatable Intel Atom cpu. My laptop only has a 32bit efi and I cant run in legacy mode. I read online that it is possible to get 64bit windows running on my type of hardware but I need to use GRUB and I have to configure it in some way. Theres not much documentation and I'm scared I might mess up my installation if i try to get Grub working. Is there any simpler way of getting x64 Windows running on my laptop?

No; but why would you need to if your system is only 32bit anyway? How old is this laptop for it to be 32bit only? Pretty much every CPU after Pentium 4 has been 64bit.

No lol my cpu is 64bit capable. My laptops new, its a Lenovo Ideapad 100s released like in 2015ish. Its just that the efi only boots off a 32bit bootloader. The only way at the moment I can run 64 bit applications is to create a 64bit VM but obviously thats too slow. I want a 64bit OS so I can run C4D.

btw, seriously, I cant run 64bit? I guess I can wait to fix my desktop and use that instead.
