Racing wheel for PS3 and PC

Hello, I am looking to buy a racing wheel(maybe) for GT5 and upcoming games. Now that Black friday is around, I would like to know what you guys recommend or what you think I should buy. I want it mainly for ps3, but I want it to work with PC also.
My budget is up to 225 bucks, if you really think a steering wheel is better please link it($300) max

also is it worth getting a steering wheel?

Not really worth it, a cheap one is fine, but it doesn't feel natural. Controller is better. I had a wheel and joystick, gave them away
