The XP2500+ Barton (the one I have) uses exactly the same architecture as the XP3200+ Barton. Really it shouldn't be thought of as different, throw the FSB upto 200MHz on the XP2500+ and you have a XP3200+
You don't even have to change the voltage because they are the same - my XP2500+ hits 2.6+GHz (220 x 12) when I put my Corsair memory in with it with temps of around 48C idle and 55C under load.
Remember, AMD processors are stable upto 70C (99% of the time).
