Open box Item

Hey can someone iform me about the risks of buying an open box item from new egg and is it true that if i buy a monitor i wont recieve the cables if its open box

Sometimes... it depends on the item... I have bought open box that had everything in it... but it depends... I wouldn't worry to much about it if you have extra cables and what not lying around...
