So my friend recently bought a 670 early last month and was complaining to me about a few problems. He just updated his whole rig so after a month of fiddling I put it on the card since it's an Asus TOP.
That problem being, the Windows desktop would lag terribly when Aero was enabled. I just recently had that problem for about 5 minutes and it went away. I have been using 301 drivers since release and never had this problem until now. Then again, I barely use Aero at all.
The question being:
Is it his card?
Is it the adaptive clocks?
Or is it drivers?
Anybody else experience this problem?
