u could save some cash by going with regular Crucial Ballistix RAM, unless ur into that LED, Corsair 520 is more than enough for that build...

ya go with the 520hx, it will handle anything
also since you plan to get 4 gb RAM get 64-bit vista over 32-bit vista

Forget the water cooling also, just get a good cpu cooler. I am running 3.25GHZ now with highest temps of 55c when pushing it. You may never get to 3.5 GHz, all depends on your chip.
