Soul help me hit over 260 bus speed? So I can break the 3.9ghz barrier I am currently unable to break 
Sure, just mail me your pc and I'll have it past 260 in no time lol
But seriously, you might want to think about lowering the bus speed and raising the cpu multiplier, don't stress your mobo so hard when you're trying to oc your cpu (what did you have it at, 260x15?). Also make sure you don't take your ram over stock speeds, keep it at or below stock while you're concentrating on the cpu (not sure what your oc options are there, I generally stick with the Intel side of things)
