networking family friends house

hi guys,
family friends want me to network there house for them theve got a broadband connection and they want there network to be wireless ive found them 2 products but i want youre opinions on them

option 1

router -
Linksys WRT300N-UK Wireless-N Broadband Router/4-Port Switch
adapter -
Linksys WMP300N Wireless-N PCI Adapter

option 2

router -
Netgear WNR834B 270Mbps Rangemax NEXT Cable Router
adapter -
Netgear WN311B 270Mbps Rangemax NEXT PCI Adapter

if it was my choice i would go for option 1 because its really cheap its cheapers than netgears 270 n let alone netgears 300 n which is the speed of linksys's one
