Network problem

Our email server faced problems following a power failure, where I was unable to access our domain. I was unable to view the domain nor all the computers in the entire network. I changed the network adapter but that didn't solve the problem.

Need advice urgently please?

when you put that new card in, did you make sure that you reset the dns servers to the card and did you make sure that you made the computer a part of the domain you are trying to access?
