Need help

Ive been noticing that my pc has been getting alot of pop up ads, Ive noticed this one it ngpw36.exe, Ive tried norton anti virus scans, all new updates, I need help figuring what I should do.

Anyone have any Idea's


Ive got firewall / norton anti virus installed for years.
