need game help

ok i am getting totally ****ed with the next gen game system (PS3 and 360 so far) all been totally unreliable when it comes to hardware and the companies software updates so i am thinking of taking them back under warranty and getting a top end pc

now before i do i need help finding games and stuff, i like playing RPG's, not mmo but just RPG i also starting to get in to shooters thanks to halo and gears so i would like to know as many as possible for pc

and thank you for any posts

Oblivion and BF2 and COD4 all those are well worth games.
