That's the 6000 I was talking about of course 
but yes, I am sticking to 939 for now, as I'm pleased with my 2GB of DDR. I think I fare better than if I had 1GB of DDR2. I was weighing up having an opty in a 939 or a 6000 in an AM2. And right now I don't think it's worth getting a new board.
