My computer will not even boot into the bios any more. Please someone help me....

Ya but why does it take 15 minutes to boot into windows. And then I wait like 20 minutes for everything to load up and it goes as slow as heck. My computer used to load up in like 15-30 seconds at most. What is going on. All I did what plug in and take out a different hard drive.
