Captains/Warcheifs are infinite. New orcs will spawn into Captains, and can climb the ranks as well into Warcheifs.

Feud/other red missions are just side stuff - it's up to you. Sometimes it helps other Captains rank up if it's a 1v1 between Uruks, if you don't kill both Uruks facing off.

do you still have gold markers the feuds aren't exactly needed I think sadly I just platted this like 2 weeks ago and am already starting to forget but I want to say if you stick with the gold markers you'll be fine

Gold markers are the story missions yeah.

Red/white are side missions.
