Hello everyone, first and foremost I am new to this forum so hello everyone 
. Second, I made an account mainly because I've been having problems with this new laptop and a tech forum seems like a good place to start when it comes to looking for help.
I'm using a Turtle Beach headset with my laptop and I'm wondering if I can use it's microphone if I don't have a microphone jack on my laptop. I figured I could use it's microphone mainly because you have to plug in a usb into your usb port. I always thought you could use a microphone if it's just a usb plug-in. But sadly, the microphone isn't detected. So do I need to buy a V adapter or whatever so i have a microphone jack? Or is there some way I can use the microphone on the headset without having to buy an adapter? Anyway, sorry for the long post and thanks for your time.
