The same with your "infected" PC off? Then it's an issue with your ISP or modem/router and not your system.
Have you run through the linked guide for repairing MBAM yet?
Pretty much the results I expected when I saw what your homepage was set to through HJT.
Still having signs of malware? Make sure you go through the installed Programs list and double check to make sure all toolbars and such are removed.
And I still suggest getting rid of Norton and replacing it with one of the AV's I suggested. The reason I say this is because there are better AV's out there that are free or much less expensive.

No problem.
When uninstalling Norton, use the Norton Removal Tool from the link I previously posted as well; it's MUCH easier to use that than uninstalling yourself, because Norton likes to leave a lot of stuff behind. The removal tool gets rid of everything.
