Logitech z313 In game sound problems?

Just got these, my motherboard has THX TruStudio Pro software to help balance the sound, when playing Hitman Absolution if the avatar is not looking in the direction of characters speaking there is no dialogue volume, in Battlefield 3 everything is good except in vehicles the quotes are lower volumes.
I've tried increasing the crossover frequency, and lowering. Any ideas? Thanks.

Turned off a few speech settings, made it more clear.
