I am currently installing a WRT54G Wireless Router and the problem is that some of the desktops in my house have to connect via the ethernet cable. Now I am going through the Linksys installation process but now that it gets to setting a adminstrative password for the router it does nto work. The router is unable to connect to the internet. The connection pops up and it's status is connection and the speed is 100mps but the sent and recieved packets are very low 57 and 31 respectively. How do i fix this please help.
Even stranger is that i can get on wirelessly through my laptop. I really dont understand this..
