You have to enter gpedit.msc in the Run Box. You put the Run word in the search box at the bottom of the start menu. It will then show you the run command at the top of the list. There is where you right click it to get Run as Admin.

Are you running Vista Basic?

After further research. This application is not Vista compatible. So hopefully you can figure out these permissions. If not it looks like it wont run on Vista. Have you turned off UAC?

whats UAC?

I have Vista Ultimate i belive but i shut off alot of the the features for it (side bar, Effects, Visuals, ect ) because Vista bugs the **** out of my comp and slows it down horribly.
