Nubuis is right if your going for a higher fsb you might consider trying to loosen it to 2.5-3-3-6 for example and see what you can get out of it. You will have to adjust your voltages as well.

Trust me, I've done everything to get it stable. I know it's not the RAM though, it's just the mobo holding me back.

Dude go to newegg and find some G-Skill DDR533/PC4400. Thos babies have a 2.5CL timing still!

I dont think my BH-5's would even do that with 3.2v! Who knows. They'll do 240MHz 2-2-2 though!

These patriots could probably do it.

2.5-3 CL isn't a huge difference in bandwidth only stability, same with the cycle time.

The RAM I got is rated at 2.5-3-3-7 at 250MHz DDR500, I've had it at 3-3-3-11 but my mobo just doesn't want to do it. Not without a voltage mod to the NB

So far highest I can get completely stable is 235MHz, although 240 ran 6 hours and 51 minutes in prime before erroring, but I don't like it erroring period.
