i got problems after leaving the pc on for multiple days

Sounds more like a memory leak.

The next time it does it, open up Task Manager and see what is using up your RAM.

no windows is fine, i dont know temps of the card, it has no sensor, but i dont think thats the problem cause after the restart i immediately go on so there really isnt any cool down time

In oblivion i can be just running around and have 80C~ temps and as soon as i go into menu (ie press exscape) i get temps 30~40C. and if you have a slow reboot youll have plenty of time for a cool down hope that helps

Is there any reason why you need to keep your computer on for days on end. And what is stopping you from just restarting it once in a while.

Windows XP normally does not like being left on for days at a time. It does require the occasional restart.

ya I dont turn mine off at night just because on a dialy bases I am always doing something that requiers me to restart it.

I leave mine on for a month or two at a time... not the problem.
isn't the card you're running agp?
agp's overflow is the system RAM
That particular card is going to overflow on almost any game.
you obviously have a RAM issue, like allocated RAM not being cleared after programs are ended.
Like mentioned before, check to see what app/s (if not every app) is taking up all your ram.
Or you could increase your modules or module size.
