How to get a window/form auto maximized in c#

hi friends.
please can any body here tell me how to set the windows size for a form in c# that once i run it, it should automatically get set to maximized window.

If you are using windows Visual Studio '08 There is an option in the little tool-bar to the right that will set the startup window size. Have you tried that?
