how i can apply the patch 1.3 for farcry

i couldn't apply the patch for farcry why???
the the patch could't detect my game

Are you sure you're trying to install the 1.3 patch, and not the later 1.31 & .33 patches (they do have to be applied in order)?

If so, I think the easiest thing to do is to try uninstalling the game, reinstalling, then apply the patch. Don't forget to back up your save data first though.

i will try to uninstall and install the game, but first i need to know where is the i can my save data, i couldn't find it my document and niether in the game folder
