Okay, I have a camcorder that takes mini VHS tape things.. but that's not the important part. What I'm trying to do is find a good PCI card or something that will allow me to hook my TV up to my computer, put the camcorder footage on the TV, watch it and record it on my computer using some recorder software such as Fraps so I can upload it or send it to some friends..
