HELP needed on buying a template

I searched the web for a car template and I found on http://www.free-dreamweaver-templates.org. I clicked on the link and it seemed to take me to another site, I'm not sure if it's safe to buy from a site like this. The templates look really good but they don't seem to go with the rest of the site and the payment section is under a completely different domain. Any ideas?

It looks to me that they are a reseller. You can create your own website and re-sell a companies templates for them and you make a commission.

It looks like the original site is Template Monster, so if you want you can buy the template through them. http://www.templatemonster.com/

http://www.4templates.com have good ones as well.
