help me please

I cant tell if my computer is just messed up or if I have a virus. The screen is like completely blurry, like the little ocean rip curls. How can this be fixed.

Have you tried a different monitor or a new video driver? Most monitors have some settings you can adjust on the screen.

I reinstalled the drivers but that didnt work. I dont have any other monitors around the house though.
