Help I need making a macro for multi clicking.

I need help in making a macro for multi clicking for holding the right button down on my mouse or another button on the keyboard. Im a noob at making scripts but the one i made works but when i hold down the right mouse button it acts as if im holding down the left mouse button in the game i play. Can someone help me with this?
