.........no. It means you can use two SATA150 hard drives with your motherboard. Or two SATA 3GB/S drives although they will operate at SATA150 speeds.

Hello, just one more clarification, getting ready to buy the HD now. With my board (says I have 2xSATA 150), can I hook up a SATA 3.0Gb/S or a SATA 150 HD?

Both SATA 150 and SATA 3.0 take the same SATA cable?
