No how will GTA fill up a Blu Ray Disc, But yeah they Can fit more Addons etc onto a Blu Ray Disc and More Cars etc even more Environments, To rack up the Size even more

why would they? you have to remember these developers are pushed to release games earlier or at least on time. why would they spend more time making the PS3 version better anyway? they want to sell both versions of the game. not just make one version better, and put people off the other.
