I don't cook like that everyday, but I do enjoy doing it. In the freezer I've got a couple of racks of baby back ribs, a couple more turkeys, and a smallish ham. I plan on on making pulled ham: smoking the ham like a pork butt and pulling it. I have promised my techs up in Ohio that I would bring them some of BBQ when I come do their end of year inventory so I plan on making them a batch of pulled pork.

Truth be told, I am a darn good cook overall. LOL
