Free Anti-Virus Programs?

Are there any free anti-virus programs that you can download via internet and are upgradeable and will keep working time and time again?

Okay I downloaded cyber defender but all it is....is a trial version I need something non trial version so that I can just download updates as they are offered will nod32 offer this?

I concur with redmoon, AVG is a good bet. Its free non-trial (last you forever if need be) with updates pretty much everyday.

Okay I downloaded it but also I have norton anti virus will that interfere with AVG?

Do not run 2 anti viruses at the same time. Norton is a load of junk and AVG free is a lot better.
