forte for java

Hi, I just want to download forte for java community edition but oracle wont let me
because of Sun and that kind of stuff. Is there anywhere now where can get it from?

Is there a reason you specifically want to use an older Java IDE? Why not Netbeans, Eclipse, or IntelliJ IDEA?

because I'm studying from 'java how to program 4th edition' (released in the very early 2000's so
it's a bit outdated).

So just use a different IDE and adjust based on the instructions. It won't affect the programming at all... just how you interact with it/set it up.

Or get a newer book .
