Firefox shortcut keys problem

It seems like my CTRL+F shortcut in firefox is changed to my ' key. Which is quite annoying when trying to type. It mostly seems like it does that in gmail and message boards. Its strange but it doesn't do it all the time. Any idea what's doing this?

Never use the shortcut keys... for almost anything. I have all my important shortcuts in ObjectDock on my desktop.
