Filling reservoir to the top

Just finished my loop, and I'm just little nervous because it's my first time. My reservoir water level is higher when I have no power, and when power running, water level is lower.
At this point do I keep to power on while filling my reservoir?
Thanks

Ok, but should I just leave the amount of water that there is?
If you look at my top tube going only horizontally, it doesn't look filled.
How would you recommend bleeding. Sorry this is my first time doing a water loop

It's not filled because you have a massive amount of air in your loop. You need to take one of those plugs off on the res and while it's running fill it up about 3/4 and let that machine run for hours. It'll take a long time to bleed. It'll also help to physically pick the machine up (while it's all sealed) and move it in all directions including upside down. Any air trapped will move to the res.
