Man, I cant express how much I love my M6500, im sure its like your 4500, but they did a similar thing last time I sent it in and when I got it back and told them they exchanged it, so maybe if that happens again try asking for an exchange?

Replacement was mentioned before but I didn't care as long as it worked and looked as well as when I bought it.

In most cases it would becuase they are supposed to give you a like or better system, I went from my M6400 with 4GB ddr3 to the M6500 with 16GB and a 920XM, its amazing. You might score lucky.
