Erm, does a VCR drive exist?

I've been looking around to no avail, I know you can just hook your vcr upto your pc through a video card, but I was wondering if there's a drive so you can just put your VHS into your computer.

You may wonder why, so I guess I'll tell you. I'm getting a new computer, So i was gunna convert this one to a multimedia station kind of thing, to record television and crap.

But I don't have space for this and a VCR, so yeah,
Anyone know of such a device?

No, last i heard they stopped making them as they were to big to fit in average size cases.

A cheap tv card and standard vcr would be best chose I think.
