DVD for USA??

Hi,

I live in the netherlands in europe.
And I want to make a DVD that works in the USA.
Because I am going to live there soon.
Is there a program where I can choose the typ of DVD I want
to make??
(PAL or NTSC).

Nero VisionExpress lets you choos ebetween PAL and NTSC.

But a ntsc or pal DVD works on any computer right??

DVD's of either PAL or NTSC will work on any computer provided there's a DVD player in there. if you want your DVD to be played in the USA in NTSC, TMPGEnc gives you the choice to choose either NTSC or PAL.

But, in order to do that, you'd have to have an AVI movie which you want to encode. If you want to take an original DVD and convert it, I suggest you take it to a store where they have specialized hardware that will do it fastly and efficiently. Of course it will cost. Or you can find a machine that'll do the conversion.
