desperate need help

[IBM/PS1]

Ok so burned EVERY program on that list to a cd and ran all of them. None of the helped restore my permissions. So i did a windows repair and everything seems to work as normal but i NEED to make sure. I lost alot of my world of warcraft gold/gear and some private passwords.

Sorry i'm still kind of new. How do i delete that entry?

run hijackthis and then go down the list and look for the entry I posted, put a checkmark in the box and click fix checked

Ok so someone keeps requesting a password change for my wow account so i change the email that the account is associated with on a different computer along with my password.

So other than that is my log ok ?

Did you run the LSP Fix?

Post a new log, and i would suggest getting rid of Norton and getting something better and free like Avg, Kaspersky or Avast
