No, I lived in Euless, 5 minutes from the Irving/Dallas county line which had FiOS. 2 minutes south on 360 from me a friend of mine was able to get Charter because Ft Worth owned a tiny strip there because of American Airlines and the airport. We got screwed for an ISP due to location but it was the cheapest decent complex around without going to far. Now I'm back out in Venus, Texas which is controlled by Verizon but they have a contract with the main WISP providing their backbone. So naturally, we all get ****ed.
