d3dx9_27.dll not found? Help!!!!

"This application has failed to start because d3dx9_27.dll was not found." Sounds like my DirectX drivers maybe? Any help?

have you tryed this
direct x 9.0c You were messing with something you shouldn't have. Try system restore if redownloading direct x doesn't work and if that doesn't work backup format reinstall!
