Custom Game Icons - Taking Requests

I recently got interested in Custom PC Game Icons, and after not being able to find all the ones I wanted I took a crack at making them myself.

Now that I've got a few days practice I figured I'd offer to make them for people here upon request.

Just list the title of the game you'd like one made for, and whether you want logo text or not. It may take me a bit as I don't spend all my time on this but I'll try to make as many as I can.

Icons come in 256x256, meaning they are best viewed from 'Extra Large' to 'Large' or 'Medium' in Windows folder options, anything smaller and they lose their detail.
