I currently run outlook express for my email. When I tried to open it yesterday the computer did a search but it wasn't there for some reason. Today I went into my control panel and opened up add/remove programs just for the heck of it. In there I found Outlook Express with a series of numbers beside it. I decided to hit the install/remove button to see what would happen. A window came up asking me if I wanted to uninstall that and go back to my previous configuration, so I tried it. I figured I had nothing to lose. I then tried to open up Outlook again and lo and behold there it was just as I had left it. I know I didn't download anything for Outlook, any ideas as to what might have happened? I am running Windows 98 if it makes any difference.
