Hello.

My computer says a lot that it is waiting for the 'cache'.

Would that be a Chrome browser cache?
Could it be too full? How do you delete the cache?
And is it a good idea?

Thx.

Based on this information, it is difficult to say anything. Too inaccurate information.
The Google Chrome cache, which you need to regularly delete if you do not use any auto-delete tool such as CCleaner, is normally located in the folder
%LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cache
and folder
%LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Code Cache\js
(there may stay only index-dir folder)
It is also recommended that you delete the contents of the folder
Service Worker and the blob_storage folder regularly.
If you are using a custom installation, you need to know where these folders are stored in Your case.
