well, usually not a problem if you buy off someone like us, you MIGHT get a good deal.

however building it yourself is better because its
1) Cheaper
2) you get the parts you WANT for the money you want to spend

usuallly when you buy pre-built computers they'll almost always have one decent part, and the rest will be junk and you're paying the same price as you would for a better part.

^^^^this. if you dont know what parts to get (because you dont know what parts are good for what you need), post roughly what you want in the new building and buying section, what you need it for and your budget and we can suggest you a good build. Also remember to list anything you already have like a monitor, keyboard/mouse etc.
