Audio is all screwy

Hope this is the right place for this. My audio is really messed up. When I play music its fine no problem at all but when I play a video the voices arnt there and the sound is all weird. Ive tryed alot of different videos and players(WMP, Winamp, and Core) but they all do the same thing. I DL'd a new WMP to get the new codecs incase mine were corrupted but nothing. Is my soundcard or video card going out? I have no clue what it could be. I seriously doubt all my videos are corrupted since theres so many.

Do you have the AC3 Filter?

I got it fixed. My cat went back there and pulled out the cable going to the computer about half way. Im a retard lol
