I am a BBQ cook at a restuarant in town.

You just became my hero...

Speaking of Mediterranean food, there's a great place here called The Gondolier. It's mainly Greek, but with Italian and American cuisine thrown in. They make a killer gyro, and their Greek salad is totally awesome. They have a few locations around my area, and one in Clearwater, Florida (the owner/founder wanted to branch out).

Here lately the wife and I have been hitting Rafael's for their calzone. She usually gets the cheese one, but I tend to pick different ones. Here lately I've had the steak and cheese, the meatball, and the house (sausage, grn peppers, onions, ham, mushrooms).

Breakfast (well, supper actually, as I work nights) was pancakes and oatmeal this morning. I either going to have baked chicken or chicken soup this evening (which ever I decide to make).

anyone that was on TOV Wed. night/Thurs. morning, this is the stuff that was making me....eh....gassy.

tomatoes, tomato paste, ground sirloin, black beans, corn, onion, various spices and such, served over mini penne pasta:

Freaking delicious, but rather offending:amazed:
