Hey I have a wireless keyboard and mouse that I use that connects to the computer through a little microsoft wireless transceiver. Is there a way that I could connect my xbox 360 controller to my pc using that transceiver?

Use this instead:
Amazon.com: HDE Xbox 360 USB Breakaway Cable: Video Games
If your controller is wired I prefer you do it that way, less hassle for windows to look for your wireless controller anyhow. :)

+1

I have one and it works fine.

Exactly. Using the wireless you only have to show it drivers once. Once Windows has it installed you won't have to until you format again. When connecting the controller it needs no extra drivers.
