Windows 7 HomeGroup

Hello I Have Windows 7 And i want to do a fresh install on it again but i am a owner of a homegroup.Will The Homegroup stay or delete the homegroup.
and if its gonna delete it how can i save it?

It will be deleted .. you need to set it up again . well its too easy to do that home group somehow .

As stated, it gets deleted. You cant save it.
